  • Whether your team has challenges like limited engagement and participation, or you have a crew of rockstars, it’s always important to invest in your folks! The more cohesive and collaborative the team, the better you are able to serve those around you. Team strengthening sessions are 60-90 minutes and are tailored to the team’s needs, strengths, and growth edges. A 30-minute consultation is included to assess the team’s needs.

Aspiring leaders, ministry leaders, co-leads, informal leaders, and those who aren’t yet comfortable with the leadership call that God has placed on your life are all welcome here! 
 
Executive Coaching- $950.00 USD
  • This three session series is for Executive leaders and designed to help support you as you navigate the complexities that exist within organizations. We will explore your leadership style and strengths, your possible blind spots, how to cast vision effectively, and more! This package includes check-in calls and assignments to support your growth. Clinical counseling for diagnosed mental health conditions may be available where no dual relationship exists (or has a high potential of existing) and as my availability allows. 
 
Care & Counseling Ministry Rollout-  $3,500.00 USD 
  • Are you looking to stand up a spiritual care or biblical counseling ministry? Attending to the wellbeing of the individuals you serve is what God has called us to do! This service will help you consider liability (and share referrals), provide you with access to my "S.O.U.L Care Framework” to train your staff, and more! Licensed providers and clinically trained counselors are not required.

Includes a 30 minute consultation with the team leader to determine the information to be obtained, focus group facilitation, and a detailed report with actionable interventions based on the feedback of the team.  

Strategy Session- $450.00 USD 
  • This 2 hour session will help you to explore an identified “problem” or “pain point” within your organization. This service will provide you with the tools needed to introduce or refine a strategy in an easily adoptable and strategic manner. 
 
Single System Refinement- $1,200.00 USD
  • Looking to improve one aspect of how your church, ministry, or faith-based organization operates? This service provides a total of 6 hours of consultative services and will provide you with the tools and feedback needed to streamline and revitalize a “pain point” in your system that is hindering growth, sustainability, productivity, or efficiency. 
 
System Overhaul- $3,500.00 USD
  • Does your way of working need a more extensive makeover? This service is great for leaders who are new to a church or organization and need to refresh things, leaders who are standing up a new organization and need a firm foundation on which to build, and leaders who have been leading well for a while but have experienced growth that requires new processes. You will receive a total of 24 hours of consultative services and will be provided with the tools and resources needed to perform a comprehensive system update. Topics will include placing the correct people in the correct positions, reducing burn out, streamlining processes, and growing your team—the opportunities are endless and contingent on the specific needs of your church or organization.

  • This service includes a 30 minute consultation to assess the needs of your organization. With over 250 speaking engagements to date, I am a seasoned speaker adept at adjusting to the needs of the audience. In addition to being a TEDxVA speaker, I have worked with women's shelters, addiction treatment teams, Veteran support groups, trauma recovery centers, and Christian churches. Training topics have included, “Healing the Wounds of Woman,” “Rise & Thrive,” and “Managing Stress According to God’s Word.”
