With over a decade of organization leadership experience, I have held nearly every position in an organization (to include ministry work). These positions include intern, volunteer, employee, front line manager, Executive Leader, and ministry leader. I have also been fortunate enough to have coached individuals in these roles as well.
"Child of God" is absolutely the only title I need, but God has seen fit to bless me with His grace, experiences, talents, skills, and abilities to empower me to be of service to you.

- I am a licensed clinical psychologist.
- I serve as the Senior Organization Health and Development Psychologist for an organization of over 4 thousand employees and 77 thousand customers.
- I also served as the first and only Lead Transformation coach for my current organization.
- I lead a team of over 20 employees to attend to the organizational health and development needs of our organization (which includes 7 locations).
- I am a certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner.
- I am certified in Crucial Conversations.
- I am Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Green Belt trained.
- I am also the Founder of the non-Profit Organization, Psych. & Spirit Ministries.

Ministry Works
In addition to my coaching and consulting work, I am incredibly blessed to be able to provide outreach and volunteer services through the ministry that the Lord has entrusted me with, called Psych. & Spirit Ministries. At Psych. & Spirit Ministries, we envision a world where women are equipped and empowered to walk in the fullness of their identities in Christ. We work to cultivate a faith-based community for emotional and spiritual growth. We strive to develop the skills needed to support a lifestyle of gratitude, prayer, and outreach.
